I have an Idea for a New Celestial Body Naming System.
It goes something like this.
This new, reworked system would be used to identify newly-found unique celestial bodies that, use 6 individual systems Which include In order, Greek/Cyrillic Characters, all 88 constellation names, 8 numbers, 8 English characters, 2 more numbers and 1 more English letter, with a dash in front. (If there is an instance where a planet has more than 26 moons, use replace the dash with an A...B...C and so on).
Objects that Orbit the home star would be classified in the planets category (if they are larger than 250 km) while anything natural that orbits a planet would be classified as a moon. Brown dwarves will be classified as a star if they are not orbiting any star. Rouge planets will Add the R in front of the 8 numbers.
Here is an example
Iota Serpens 92746831 ADFTRULT = Star
Xi Cygnus 24787163 FRUTADOL 02 = Planet
Beta Virgo R 64545492 CHADUUDE = Rouge planet
Alpha Orion 77647891 LOLIDENT 07 -B = Moon
Gamma Scorpius R 23232378 FARYTAAK -C Moon of a Rouge planet
Here is the math for all of them
24 x 88 x (10^8) x (26^8) = 44104236038451200000000 Combinations for stars
24 x 88 x (10^8) x (26^8) x 99 = 4366319367806668800000000 Combinations for planets
24 x 88 x (10^8) x (26^8) x 99 x 676 = 2951631892637308108800000000 Combinations for moons
This is the entire New Celestial Body Naming System. Feel free to ask questions or Edit.
