Nyarlathotep as a Barrel entity

In every multiverse there is a small and difficult to access universe that contains the realm of an entity called Nyarlathotep. Nyarlathotep seems to have a strong average liking to absolute sadism and pain. He appears to have multiple, powerful abilities outside of his body. Nyarlathotep has displayed full matter manipulation at fundamental particle levels, space-time manipulation, extremely high levels of multi-species telepathy, and control over life energy. His body also has a unique and dangerous ability. He, in all variations known, has the ability to re-assimilate any person or creature's mind and body into his own over time and if he has seen them. Apparently there is another ability that comes with the previously stated, multi-state (states of matter)shapeshifting. No known person has ever seen Nyarlathotep outside of his realm without someone coming into his realm, making his realm a protected site in most omniverses.
