Conceptilum is a god who created the other 5 members of The Supergod Council, for the sole purpose of preserving everything that exists, and doesn't outside of the Omniverse.
Conceptilum's power is beyond comprehension, seeing as he's the member of the council who created the other 5 members, which would require tier 3 omnipotence.
Conceptilum is the 4th member, and the leader of The Supergod Council. Conceptilum leads, since he is the strongest member of the council and ruler of all concepts of tier 2 omnipotence and below, this includes the creation of Paradoxus, Logixel, Unthil, Realitus, and Imaginatim.
