A Paraverse is a type of multiverse in which universes have no intrinsic connection to a shared set of laws of physics or even mathematics. Despite being very large or even infinite in size, almost all of the universes within a paraverse are completely inhospitable to life. Some of them might have no strong nuclear force and cause matter to rip itself apart; others might not have the mathematical concept of limits and Zeno's Paradox becomes real - no action can occur because it requires an infinite number of steps.
Since they are on the same level as multiverses, megaverses contain an infinite number of them in addition to their infinite multiverses.
