A great hecatonicosachoron is a regular star polychoron with 120 great dodecahedral cells. It is one out of ten Schläfli-Hess polytopes and one of two of them that are self-dual, the other being the grand stellated hecatonicosachoron.
Its Bowers acronym is gohi.
