Edge

Edges are the one-dimensional constituents of a polytope, one-dimensional subfacets. The edges of a polygon are the boundary of said polygon. Edges of a polytope are formed when two or more facets meet each other. Exotic polytopes can be created if more than two faces are joined together to create an edge.

Edges are the facets of a polygon, the ridges of a polyhedron, and the peaks of a polychoron.
